Summer camp with IWS

We know how much today’s children need to be in nature. We have prepared a three-week camping program for children who already have some experience in the great outdoor. Join us for an unplugged summer!

Each week we will bring children to a different corner of Hong Kong.

Our camp leaders have extensive hiking and camping experience with children. There will be both male and female leaders on every trip.

There will be time for focused activity and free and creative play each day. We encourage healthy interactions through group ventures, but also leave time for self-directed activities and relaxation.

Children aged 9 to 12 will enjoy an unforgettable summer in some of the most beautiful enclaves of Hong Kong!

Participant to leader ratio will remain below 1:6. Max group size is 15.

All meals, camping gear, and equipment rental (if any) are included.

Ages 9 to 12

  • Cooking in the wild with fire

  • Look for small crabs and clams at night!

Week of Jun 20 to 24

Pak Lap in Sai Kung
西貢白腊

Pak Lap is a secluded and scenic beach within the Hong Kong Geopark. It is famous for its fine white sand and clear water. At dawn, one can go to the East dam and watch the rising sun from the ocean lined horizon. Due to wave erosion, there are a variety of interesting rock formations within hiking distance!

Earth and sky, woods and fields, lakes and rivers. The mountain and the sea are excellent schoolmasters and teach us more than we can ever learn from books.
